Book Blogger Hop 4/1-4/4

Book Blogger HopWell, this is the first time I've decided to do this. But basically, the Book Blogger Hop is hosted by Crazy for Books and occurs weekly. It's a weekend event, lasting from Friday till Monday.

It's just a neat way to have a list of other book blogs out there available in one place. If you're interested, click here.

There is also a weekly question. This week's question is:

Since today is April Fool's Day in the USA, what is the best prank you have ever played on someone OR that someone has played on you?

Well....I apparently am totally lame. I am not the kind of person to do pranks. Not because I don't think they would be funny, but more so because I would worry that the other person would get upset, or I'm too chicken to actually go through with it.

As far as someone pulling a prank on me? I am a bit gullible, or so I've been told. So, I am sure that people my whole life have been pulling fast ones over on me, but a big massive prank? Nothing I can think of. Most likely something has occured and I just pushed it into the back of my mind to gather dust and never think about again.

  1. At first I wasn't going to participate in this week's Book Blogger Hop. I'm not even sure why.

But here I am. And I'm glad! To dispel any false impressions people may have had about me being a old, stodgy fuddy-duddy I'm happy to share some of my very best pranks with you.

Highlights include - low-grade explosives, eggs and salt shakers. Get all the side-splitting details over on my blog - http://www.howardsherman.net

They date back to my younger years as a Brooklyn boy which brings about some introspection.

I'm going to go pull some pranks today. Look out world! I'm coming out of prankster retirement!

  2. I don't do pranks either and definitely don't like them pulled on me. I think most of the answers today have been that we don't like pranks and usually don't pull them.

I am stopping by from the blog hop.

Hope you have a fun blog hop.

Stop by my blog if you like to see my answer.

  3. Same here, I couldn't remember any pranks played on me either, except the one that happened yesterday (right on April 1). Stop by my blog when you have time.

  4. I'm a bit surprised at how many of us that I've visited aren't really pranksters. I think, like you, I worry about hurting someone's feelings.

  7. I'm not a prankster at all, mostly for the same reasons you said - I'm a chicken and I hate hurting other people in any way. I'm also incredibly gullible, so usually it's me who ends up embarrassed.

Glad to have found you via the Hop!
